The Academic Technology Services department provides consulting, support, training to faculty and staff.  The Academic Technology lab offers a place for students to use a variety of software applications and to gain the knowledge to navigate through Mercer’s IT tools including Blackboard and Collaborate.  Come to the lab to ask questions and get support on academic software applications and new media tools to enhance learning.

  • Learning technologies including Learning Management Systems (Blackboard & Moodle)
  • Video Conferencing (Bb Collaborate)
  • Course Evaluations, web design training including the Mercer’s CMS.
