The Associated Baptist Press covered Mercer’s recent conference, “Caring for Creation: A Scientific and Theological Response.” The story focused on the presentations by Dr. David Gushee, Mercer’s Distinguished University Professor of Christian Ethics and Jonathan Merritt, author of the forthcoming book Green Like God, and their talks on swaying the evangelical Christian community to act in the care of God’s creation.
